Cycle Gear

We needed a tire and it installed, we were headed to Glen Helen. The store is amazing. The staff was very professional and helpful and the service was quick and reasonably priced. I think we will use this cycle gear instead of the one closer to us in Tarzana from now on.

There sales staff were very helpful. Ryan (if I recall correctly) helped me find shoes and pants that fit well and suited my needs. As a new rider, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them patiently. I really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help make sure I left with the right gear.

Needed a new front tire. Called ahead and Alex said he could have it handled in 30 min. They had it balanced and mounted in like 23 minutes. I’ve regularly experienced waiting a day and up to 2 days at other Cycle Gear locations because they seemingly only have 1 or 2 employees who are trained to use the equipment. Thank you for your efficiency with this, I’ll be recommending this store to everyone for getting their tires. Other tire shops and Cycle Gear locations should take notes.

Came in to get a helmet before my weekend trip with friends - Alex was super helpful recommending sizing and make options. Found a great helmet, and he installed my Cardo system for me on the spot too. Great experience, will be back for more gear soon!

Alex at this store was recommended by the store manager of another store to mount a Cardo on an Alpinestars R10. He did not disappoint! Super clean install. Friendly staff, clean store, tons of gear. I highly recommend this store.
